1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the fb99 website accessible at fb99login.net and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features available therein.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created upon successful completion of the fb99 registration process.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform for the purpose of placing bets or participating in casino games.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including both cash balance and any bonus balance where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account pursuant to an active fb99 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal as cash.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the Platform are denominated.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, bingo round, or other available market on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process fb99 may require any Player to complete at any time.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone under which all Platform operations, promotional periods, and match schedules are administered.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are aged 21 or above. fb99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time and to suspend any Account pending satisfactory verification.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is operated for and targeted at players residing in Bangladesh. Players must provide accurate residential information at the time of registration. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. fb99 makes no representation that use of the Platform is permissible under the laws of any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

2.3 Registration Information. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of the Account and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.

2.4 One Account Rule. Each player may hold only one active Account. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same mobile number, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, fb99 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void all associated Bets, and retain any Balance pending investigation.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC). fb99 may at any time, and without prior notice, require a Player to complete a KYC verification process. This may include submission of a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued identification, as well as proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC. fb99's KYC determinations are final.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fb99 login username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. fb99 will never contact you to request your password. Any access to, or activity on, the Platform using your credentials shall be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you shall be fully liable for all such activity.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fb99 immediately by contacting [email protected]. fb99 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the Account. However, fb99 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where such access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure. fb99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification; (d) receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player; (e) any other circumstance that fb99, in its sole and reasonable discretion, considers justifies account action.

3.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months shall be classified as dormant. fb99 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month to dormant accounts with a positive balance, after providing the Player with reasonable prior notice via their registered email address. The balance will not be reduced below zero.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. fb99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in BDT.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum single deposit is ৳200. The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply on a per-transaction or per-day basis and are displayed within your Account portal. fb99 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's Account Balance within approximately one to three minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to credit. fb99 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by fb99's payments team during standard operating hours. Standard mobile wallet withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days. fb99 reserves the right to perform additional security or KYC checks before approving any withdrawal request.

4.5 Withdrawal to Own Payment Method. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and previously used to make a deposit on the Account. fb99 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.6 No Fees. fb99 does not charge its own transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. The Player acknowledges that their mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own applicable charges, which are outside fb99's control.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions are available to eligible registered Players as published on the Platform from time to time. fb99 reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for any promotion at its absolute discretion. Players who have self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for bonuses.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and any game contribution rates will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. fb99 monitors accounts for patterns of betting behaviour that suggest bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin betting to complete wagering requirements, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, fb99 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, void any associated winnings, and close the Account.

5.4 Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds expire 30 days after the date of credit. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Player's Account Balance automatically.

5.5 Changes to Promotions. fb99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform. Continued participation in a promotion following the posting of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amended terms.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All Bets are subject to acceptance by fb99. fb99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the odds were displayed erroneously due to a technical fault; (b) the market was settled incorrectly and requires amendment; (c) the Bet relates to a suspended or cancelled event; or (d) there is reasonable suspicion of irregular activity associated with the Bet.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. fb99 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Player's Account without prior notice.

6.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting is available on selected cricket, football, and other sports markets. Bets placed in-play are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets. fb99 accepts no liability for connection issues, network delays, or device failures that affect a Player's ability to place or manage in-play bets.

6.4 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void and stakes returned to the Player's Account in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled; the event does not commence within 12 hours of the scheduled start time (BST); a technical error prevents accurate bet settlement; or the relevant market is suspended prior to the event commencing.

6.5 Final Settlement. All bet settlements are based on officially published results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for domestic Bangladeshi cricket). In the event of a discrepancy, fb99's settlement decision, made in good faith and based on available official data, is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fb99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering as a minor or providing false age or identity information.
• Operating or accessing more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Placing Bets on behalf of any third party or using funds belonging to a third party.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward fb99 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform's code, design, or intellectual property.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. fb99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Betting and casino gaming are intended as entertainment. fb99 strongly encourages all Players to set and adhere to personal budgets, never to bet more than they can afford to lose, and to take regular breaks from the Platform.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. The following tools are available to all registered Players via the Account settings panel or by contacting fb99 support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content on the fb99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the property of fb99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, reproduce, republish, post, transmit, or otherwise distribute any Platform content without the prior written consent of fb99.

9.3 Third-Party Content. Games and game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of the respective studio and are made available to Players on the Platform under licence. fb99 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

10 Privacy and Data

10.3 Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the fb99 Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how fb99 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability. fb99 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform may be subject to temporary unavailability for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond fb99's control.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fb99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, and financial losses arising from wagering decisions.

11.3 Maximum Liability. In the event that fb99 is found to be liable to a Player for any reason, fb99's total aggregate liability in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

11.4 Betting Decisions. All betting and gaming decisions made by a Player are made voluntarily and at the Player's sole risk. fb99 accepts no responsibility for any financial loss, however caused, that arises from a Player's decision to place a Bet or participate in any game on the Platform.

12 Amendments and Termination

12.1 Amendments. fb99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, fb99 will provide Players with reasonable advance notice via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is recorded at the top of these Terms. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of those amended Terms.

12.2 Termination by Player. A Player may close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon closure, any Cash Balance remaining in the Account (subject to applicable KYC requirements and withdrawal conditions being met) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.3 Termination by fb99. fb99 may terminate a Player's Account immediately and without prior notice where the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, or where fb99 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order. Upon termination for breach, fb99 reserves the right to retain any Balance pending investigation and to recover any losses or costs incurred as a result of the Player's breach.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of this Platform. fb99 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or lawful for use in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact fb99 customer support at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint. fb99 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours (BST) and to providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

13.3 Bet Disputes. Any dispute regarding the settlement of a specific Bet must be raised with fb99 within 30 days of the relevant event result being published. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. fb99's decision on bet settlement matters, made in good faith and based on available official data, is final and binding.

13.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version of these Terms and any translated summary or communication, the English text shall prevail.
